My Story
Dr. Prunendu Ghosh studied engineering at Harcourt Butler Techological Institute (HBTI) Kanpur and the Indian Institute of Tecnology (IT) Delhi. He was a Professor at IIT, Delhi. Prof Ghosh has also been with Swiss Federal Instiutue of Technology(ETH), urich, University of Melbourne, and the National Research Centre for Biotechnology(GBF), Braunschweig, as a visiting scietist.
He is currently the Executive Director of the Birla Institute of Scientific Research (BISR), Jaipur. Besides this, Prof Ghosh's responosibilities include mangament and governance of Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra, Ranchi, and Rukmani Birla Modern High School(RBMHS), Jaipur. He is a Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering (INAE) and currently its Vice President. He is the Founder-editorin-chief of the INAE's Journal of engineering sciences and the Founder-President of the Biological Engineering Society.

Besides writing books in technical and non-technical genres, and research articles in engineering sciences, he has been a columnist for major newspaper group. He lives in Jaipur.
