Some can see, in-spite of being ‘blind’.
Even darkness holds light for them.
Loss of sight for them is not the end of sight.
They can ‘see’ beyond the visible, through the mind’s eye.
They can feel every sound and every shape turns into light.
Light fades, when afraid.
They are not afraid of wounds and blows, but are afraid of isolation.
Filled with hyperactive visual imagination, they have the mental freedom to see.
Blindness for them is “a dark paradoxical gift.”
Happiest are some eyes when shut.
