The geometry of human emotions
Takes the shape of a straight line, often a triangle, often a quadrangle…
Often a circle; it comes back to, from where it started.
Clouds are not spheres,
Mountains are not cones, nor
Lightning travels in a straight line.
Still they are beautiful.
Geometry does not teach us to draw the lines.
It teaches us the requirement of drawing the lines.
Triangle is not truer than a square; it is more convenient.
Shortest distance between two points is a straight line.
Yet, we often don’t follow this simple geometry, knowingly.
Culprits are desires; often greater than necessities.
We like to put in the least efforts, to drive our desires.
"Men are so simple and so ready
To obey present necessities that
One who deceives will always find those
Who allow themselves to be deceived."
