Ordinary

My colleague revealed to me his hard fought pain

An extraordinary achiever, lost his normal self

To become extraordinary

He wrote poetry, no longer

He has no time to go on long rides

Enough was enough

Thought the prisoner of time

No longer he wants to pay the cost

To remain extraordinary

He felt an ordinary life can be quite interesting

Learning the virtues and pressures of ordinary life

He is once again writing and taking long strides

He has seen merits in whiling away time.
