EMPTY STOMACH

Today I saw a boy, near the corner shop

Selling a pair of shoes

Someone asked the boy

From where he got the pair

The boy said, he has not stolen it

One Sahab gave it to him

The Sahab could not see him

Barefoot, in the cold winter

Then the boy said, wish he could show the Sahab

His empty stomach

Perhaps, he would have got a loaf

Already used to walking barefoot

He is getting used to bare stomach

He is, therefore, selling his shoe

Worth fifty rupees

For ten rupees.
